I spent the greater part of 5 hours on the telephone with your tech support team trying to get my PC Charge software set up and a second time to get it to talk with my POS system. The technicians stayed on the telephone with me until someone else picked up during transfers and never did they make me feel like an idiot for not being able to get the software going. I don’t know what type of training program you provide to your staff but you should patent it and sell it to some of these other customer service organizations. Tim, 3/4/2008 - " I am writing in regards to a technical support call that I made to your PCCharge tech support call center. I work as a computer tech\help desk technician for a reseller of your software. We use, configure and install PCCharge Payment Server on a fairly regular basis. Yesterday I was trying to install the PCCharge on a pos machine. What could have been an extremely painful, ugly situation was made eminently easier by the fact I was dealing with Holly. She is knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and funny. She was gracious and showed great forbearance when dealing with me. Her pleasant demeanor, and skillful support got me through a rough patch, and we got the software installed and working on another machine. I commend you, and Holly, for the effort put forth by her. I hope she is paid well. Being in the tech support field, I know how often people complain about everything, and how infrequently a good job is praised. I wanted to make known to everyone there what a jewel you have in Holly. She is, perhaps,... the BEST 3rd party tech I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Thank You, Pccharge for your great overall tech support, and Specifically for having a great tech like Holly on your staff. "
