VeriFone provides technical assistance through our Advanced Product Support Group for all iSeries legacy applications to eligible clients over a toll-free phone line, as well by fax and email.

8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST
During normal working hours, requests for callbacks and e-mail responses are fulfilled within 4 hours. For after hour support, leave a detailed description of your matter and indicate the urgency. Always include your direct return phone number or after-hours access method in your message. There is no time limit on the length of your message. A member of APSG will be paged immediately upon message completion. We strive for callbacks within 30 minutes. If you do not receive a call back within 30 minutes, phone 1-888-764-1764 and leave a message referring to the original message.

To make certain all information is transmitted securely, we request all documents being sent via e-mail be zipped and password protected. This includes but is not limited to source code, trace logs, program dump or any configuration information. Please do not include the password in your e-mail message. Please call APSG to disclose the password.
