VeriFone PCCharge Support
NOTICE: 02/25/08 - As part of our ongoing efforts to improve your technical support experience, VeriFone has implemented IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology as part of our PCCharge telephone system. Effective March 1st, 2008, our phone menu will automatically prompt you for your 16-digit PCCharge serial number prior to connecting you to a support representative. Therefore, please make sure to have this number available when you call for support.
To find your PCCharge serial number, click Help on the PCCharge menu bar (near the top right-hand corner of PCCharge window. Click About. PCCharge will display your 16-digit serial number.

NOTICE: 08/01/07 - Effective March 1st, 2008, VeriFone will offer one PCCharge Technical Support plan that incorporates the two existing levels (Premium and Standard) into one streamlined package. Current contract holders’ service plans will be maintained until their individual contracts are renewed. At that point, each active contract holder will automatically become a member of the new PCCharge Support Plan.
The new PCCharge Support Plan will include all of the benefits of the Standard Support Plan, as well as Premium Support’s unlimited toll-free telephone / email support (9am-9pm EST) on weekends and certain entitled PCCharge Updates.

Technical Support Hours of Operation
Our Technical Support Representatives can be reached at 1-877-659-8981 and are available seven days a week, 9am-9pm EST (weekend support only available with Premium Support contract). Our Technical Support email address is support@pccharge.com. Please include your company name and serial number. To find your serial number, open PCCharge, click the word Help, and then click the word About. E-mails are responded to within one business day.
Our Technical Support email box is checked three times a day during weekends and holidays. During weekend business hours (9am-5pm), there is usually a four-hour email response time.
Annual support is available for all currently supported versions of PCCharge.
