VeriFone PCCharge Teletraining

What is Teletraining?
Teletraining (TT) is a one-on-one 30 minute telephone session designed to give an overview of the standard functions and procedures performed in the PCCharge product family (Pro & Payment Server).
At the end of the TT session, the customer should be able to perform basic functions and navigate through the menus with ease.
Criteria:
PCCharge must already be installed on the customer’s PC, but there is no need for a working merchant account in order to participate in a teletraining session.

Registration:
Once you've purchased a teletraining session from VeriFone Sales or Tech Support, click the link below and complete the PCCharge Teletraining Enrollment form. You'll need to have the following information ready:
- Standard contact information (phone, e-mail, etc.)
- Time preference for training session

After VeriFone has received and reviewed the form, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you confirming your appointment. There is an optional Q&A section on the enrollment form that allows you to customize your session to your specific needs.
Cancellation/Refund:
To cancel a teletraining session, you must notify VeriFone Sales or Tech Support at least two hours prior to the appointment. Cancellation after this time will result in a forfeited enrollment fee.
